Fanette Johnson has more than 30 years of instruction experience, teaching in Paris, New York, and Negril. She places special focus on body alignment, balance, and breath awareness.
Fanette structures her Iyengar-inspired hatha classes to allow a beginner to benefit safely from basic postures, while challenging the most advanced yogis with greater flexibility and strength. You work at your own pace, following Fanette’s constant guidance. You will correct your body posture, improve circulation, increase general vitality, and develop radiant health.
